Project Objectives -
- To promote knowledge, attitude, and
practice of 4000 women and adolescent girls (age 10-55 years) on
reproductive health and gender issues by conducting interactive sessions,
provide preventive and curative health services in the panchayat.
- To identify and develop 70 skilled
resources to guide the community on health issues and develop a
sustainable knowledge provider in panchayat on the women & Adolescent
health issues.
- To create the livelihood opportunity for
100 Women entrepreneurs through sustainable farm and non-farm traits to
increase their income up to Rs 3500 in selected panchayats. The
establishment of these enterprises will be done through government scheme
convergence. Also to ensure the sustainability of the 1st year's 30
beneficiaries.

To
promote the self-study culture in the panchayat to support 140 youth and create
an enabling environment to study with modern facilities, correct guidance and
prepare for government universities and jobs in panchayat without migrating to
big cities.
·
To
reduce the carbon emission of the 5 panchayats to fight climate change.
·
To
enroll direct/indirect beneficiaries in government schemes from panchayat and
ensure to secure the reached benefit with respect to 10 times of the project
cost.
Major
activities :-
·
BCC
sessions will be conducted with 160 groups by field facilitator in 10 new
panchayat.
·
Mass
awareness drives will be conducted on health through street play, puppet show,
rally, Chariot etc. throughout the year.
·
Focus
awareness drives will be conducted like - movie screening, nutrition demo, STI
Camp for husbands throughout the year.
·
Important
days will be celebrated in project villages in order to educate people about
health throughout the year.
·
Counselling
sessions will be organized throughout the year.
·
Organization
of Anemia screenings camps within 10 new Panchayats.
- OPDs will be
organized throughout the year.
·
Health
Camps will be organised in 10 new
panchayats and 10 old panchayats.
·
Kitchen
garden will be established with anaemic beneficiaries 10 in each new panchayat
·
Peer
leader(Two days) training will be organized.
·
One
exposure visit will conduct with peer leaders.
·
Life
skill training, Entrepreneurship Development programs and Skills development
will be conducted.
·
Business
plans will be developed with the active participation of individual men &
women and group beneficiaries.
·
One
Exposure visits (prior to Skill training) will be organized for all
beneficiaries to production units etc. for 1 Day.
·
Women
will be trained on the topics of Skills development from the project village.
·
Youth learning centres will be established within the Panchayat Bhawan to promote education
and development of youth. Learning and motivation sessions for youth will be
held on 4 YLCs.
·
Providing
5 beneficiary training on carbon reduction And soil of non-agricultural land
will be tested.
·
Land
preparation for plantation, Fencing of the area: Complete area will be fenced
and drip irrigation: Drip irrigation has to be implemented in the plot.
·
Micro forest will be development.
·
Regular
interaction meetings/Stakeholder meetings will be conducted in villages with
the PRI members and FLWs and small groups.
·
Mega
interaction meetings will be conducted with different stakeholders from
Village, Block & District from both districts.
·
The
Government department will be liaising and networking for service camps for the social scheme of the
Government.
