Board Members of Manav Sansadhan Evam Mahila Vikas Sansthan :-

1. Mr.Anil Kumar Singh is the Patron of MSEMVS. He is a B.Ed graduate who is also an influential social worker.

2.Smt. Mamta Devi is the President of MSEMVS She is a social worker comes from backward caste and working for the women in need.She used to teach the children and provide the vocational skills to women for providing them an employment option.

3.Dr.R.J.Viswakarma is the Vice President of MSEMVS and associated with the MSEMVS since its inception. He elected the Vice -President of MSEMVS in 2004. Dr.R. J. Viswakarma is Doctorate and he was first ever Programme Officer in MSEMVS. He supervised and build an active team within MSEMVS. Dr.R.J.Viswakarma supported in many researches on social issues. He is now working in a Medical College in Banaras Hindu University and with his responsibility in the university he use to mentor the youth towards social work. He contributed to making Health Plans for the Govt department many times.

4.Dr.Bhanuja Sharan Lal is the Secretary of Manav Sansadhan Evam Mahila Vikas Sansthan (MSEMVS) based in Varanasi. Around 1996, Bhanuja Sharan Lal began to work with MSEMVS as an Intern and became the Director of MSEMVS in year 2003.

He is post graduate in social work and graduate in law. He completed his Ph.D in social work from M.G Kashi vidyapeeth on the issue of child trafficking along with graduation in law with labour laws. He is responsibile for leading more than 150 workers and volunteers in organization Mr. Bhanuja Sharan Lal is the member of "Standing Committee of NITY AYOG",Govt. of India for the sustainable engagement with CSOs.

5.Mr. Vikas Kumar (M.S.W, L.L.B) is a social worker having post-graduation in social work and Law Graduate with family law.He has worked at grassroot level on the issue of Child Rights, Women Empowerment and Labour Welfare over a decade.He was in a key role to establish the Shelter home for trafficking victims in Bihar and served more than 200 survivours.
